Hi, my name is Adam Tanous, I’m a Somatic Coach, Therapist and groups facilitator. My passion is to help you be here and now in the body living mindfully, joyfully and peacefully. Through our work together, I help you overcome stress, overthinking, anxiety, low energy and sleep disorders.For 16 years I have assisted people. My gift is to facilitate real lasting change by allowing your true nature, your nature before your conditioning in childhood, to emerge. You can come into a new relationship with yourself based on love and acceptance.
I accompany people through processes that integrate body and mind consciousness. I offer Somatic Therapy, NARM, Focusing, Breath-Work, Meditation, and Mindfulness. I am open to working with individuals and groups. I provide retreats, workshops and lectures in these subjects.

So in NARM you learn how to form a new relationship with yourself!

By building a new relationship with everything that comes up a transformation is possible. Then we will expand on moments where you feel connection, happiness, joy, or relaxation.

Focusing is a body oriented process that gives us clarity about matters in our lives through dialogue between the body and the soul. In this dialogue, answers come from a place deep within us and not from the normal patterns of thinking that we generally practice. The answers are often surprising that we would not have expected!
Focusing is a tool for self-awareness and self-listening and is done by communicating with the body, with the sensations in the body and with feelings. When practicing focusing, insights for different areas of our life, and the next step in a particular area can become clear to us. In focusing, we can become clear about the beliefs and fears that exist in the subconscious, which constitute obstacles to progress in our lives. Focusing can be practiced with a specific subject or with something that currently accompanies you at the present time.
Breath Work:
Breath Work/Rebirthing affects our spiritual, emotional and physical realms.In the physical realm, we learn to connect better with our body, our breath opens up. It releases pains and tensions. The breath cleanses the body from toxins. It strengthens the nervous and the immune systems.In the emotional realm, we connect with emotions, we meet suppressed emotions from our past. A meeting like that can open up energetic blockages in our body and can affect the different aspects of our life.In the spiritual realm, we practice how to be present in the moment and sometimes it takes us to different spiritual experiences like bliss or Insights can come.The Technic is very simple: we breath lying down little faster than usual in a connected way, without stop between inhaling and exhaling.It is recommended not to eat 2 hours before and to wear comfortable clothes without jewelries and buttons.The session is not suitable for pregnant women and for people with hard mental illnesses!
Mindfulness is a simple yet profound practice of paying attention to the present moment with a non-judgmental attitude. you can connect to the present moment:By engaging your senses: sight, sound, touch, taste and smellBy focusing on your breathBy noticing physical sensations in the body like tension, relaxation, warmth or coldBy noticing how your body moves through spaceMindfulness is a part of a holistic approach to life. By integrating mindfulness into your daily life, you enhance your connection to your body and senses, promoting overall well-being and enhancing feelings of calmness and joy.
